European Commission call for tender: ecall Impact Assessment Study Creation date: 12 June 2008
The eCall Impact Assessment study aims to perform analysis to support political decision making by assessing the direct and indirect effects, costs and benefits of the introduction of the pan-European-in-vehicle-emergency call (eCall) in all new type-approved vehicles in the EU. The study must also come up with a first overview regarding liability/legal issues related to the introduction of eCall.
